Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?+
Yes, when the wall above the fireplace can hold the mount. We check the wall type and the viewing height before we drill.
How much does it cost to mount a TV above a fireplace?+
The same as any wall, from $179 for TVs up to 65 inches with a flat or tilt mount included. If the fireplace wall is masonry, the wall add-on applies: brick +$59, tile +$79, stone or concrete +$129.
Can you hide the wires on a brick or stone fireplace?+
Wires cannot be hidden inside brick, stone, or concrete, so on masonry we run them in a surface channel ($49). On a drywall fireplace wall, in-wall hiding ($99) or a power kit ($129) keeps the wires out of sight.
Which mount is best above a fireplace?+
A flat or tilt mount is included in every price. A tilt mount angles the screen down toward your seating. A full-motion mount is an upgrade: +$74 up to 65 inches and +$175 for 66 to 100 inches.
Can you mount a Frame TV above a fireplace?+
Yes. A Frame TV install is $549 and includes wire hiding. The installer confirms the method on site: in-wall hiding or the power kit is preferred because it handles the One Connect box.
