Two Ways to Get Your Quote
Option 1: Free photo quote.
Text photos of your room to (252) 545-0011 and we send you an exact itemized quote, free. To quote it right, we need: the wall where the TV goes, straight on; both ends of the room; your crawl space or attic access, open; your breaker panel and the nearest outlet to the TV wall; wall width, ceiling height, and seating distance; and one wide shot of the whole room. If the photos do not show enough, we can do a free 10 minute video walkthrough instead.
Option 2: On-site survey, $79.
We come out, measure everything in person, and confirm the exact price on the spot. The full $79 is credited toward your installation when you book.

What changes the price
Wall type
Drywall and studs is standard. Brick, tile, concrete, stone, or plaster-and-lath gets quoted after we see the video.
Access
An attic or crawl space lets us hide wires cleanly. No access, a finished basement, a slab, or a vaulted ceiling means a paintable surface channel or a quoted custom run.
Power
If there is no outlet behind the TV, the in-wall power kit is quoted separately.
5-Year Install Warranty
Set Up Home Theater warrants its installation labor for 5 years from the install date. If a TV mount we installed comes loose from the wall due to our workmanship, we will re-secure it at no charge. This covers our labor only. It does not cover the TV, the mount hardware, or any failure caused by misuse, tampering, modification by others, a child hanging or swinging on the TV or mount, wall damage from other causes, or acts of God. If Set Up Home Theater LLC closes or relocates outside its service area, this warranty ends on the date of closure or relocation.
If your TV has a manufacturer warranty claim

If your TV needs a warranty repair or replacement, you call the manufacturer and file the TV warranty claim with them.
We do the physical work
We take the TV down and put the replacement back up.
We do not handle the manufacturer claim process. The 5-Year Install Warranty above covers our installation labor only.
